This instructor led Zoom webinar course is 4 hours and there is no test.
****IMPORTANT**** YOUR VIDEO MUST BE TURNED ON, AND YOU MUST BE VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES THROUGHOUT THE 4 HOURS IN ORDER TO GET CREDIT FOR YOUR CERTIFICATION RENEWAL. YOU NEED TO BE SITTING IN AN UNINTERRUPTED STUDY ENVIRONMENT (YOU CANNOT BE DRIVING, EXERCISING OR ON THE PHONE DURING THE COURSE OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT). Please log in in plenty of time to test your audio and video PRIOR to the class starting. This is required by GASWCC so that we are able to provide proof of attendance of all students throughout the entire course. Screen sharing with multiple attendees is permitted as long as all students are registered, and all may be seen in the camera view at all times. The course is monitored by a moderator the entire 4 hours, so if you need to leave, please wait for one of the breaks that will be given throughout the 4 hours.
Upon completion of the course, and upon the Commission receiving your Lawful Presence forms (if they haven’t already), your certification will be renewed for an additional 3 years from your original expiration date.

Secondly, the interactive course allows attendees to become knowledgeable of the US-EPA, GA-EPD requirements, new permit changes, best management practices and state waters requirements, as well as the resources and methods available to help you understand why and how the NPDES program works. The course gives individuals time to ask questions, discuss challenges and get good solid answers.
